THE BALBIRNIE APARTMENTS are two luxurious small villas close to Edinburgh centre (15 minutes walk) and adjacent to Kew House which is a small hotel. BALBIRNIE A is a four star serviced apartment and BALBIRNIE B is a five star serviced apartment. The accommodation is in a quiet courtyard and has a garden and parking. On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with dining area, lounge with flatscreen digital television, dvd player, cd player and radio. Upstairs is a double bedroom with king-size bed, single bedroom and full bathroom with bath and shower. The rate is fully inclusive of al costs including bedding, towels, soaps, shampoo, tea and coffee, Continental breakfast and full maid service. Balbirnie B also has a dining conservatory.

The apartments are close to shops ( 5 minutes walk) restaurants, local bars and just beside the main route from Edinburgh airport to City Centre. The bus to Prince Street takes 5 minutes and the walk is 15 minutes. We are convenient for Murrayfield Rugby Stadium, International Conference Centre, Edinburgh Zoo and all major tourist attractions.
