This very spacious fully airconditioned, 3 Bedroom, 2 full Bathroom villa, which will sleep up to 8 people, is situated in a private quiet estate of exclusive houses surrounded by beautiful conservation areas, within 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Sunridge Woods is just a 15 minute drive away from Disney Land and all its attractions. The 192 highway with all its shops and restaurants is only a short drive away and is en route to Disney. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World are situated off of International Drive, which is approximately 5 miles from Disney.

As you enter the villa the dining area is to your right comprising, a dining table comfortably seating six. To your left you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, all crockery and utensils, in fact, everything you would expect from your own home, including table and chairs for four people. From the kitchen is a doorway leading into the garage where you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, washing line, iron and ironing board.

Further to your right is the master bedroom hosting a king size bed with cable TV and paddle fan. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom comprising large walk-in-closet, sink and vanity unit, w.c. bath with shower and an ideally positioned door leading to the pool/patio area allowing the use of toilet and shower without the need to walk through the villa.

On the opposite side of the villa is bedroom two and three, which are both spacious twin rooms which are equipped with walk-in-closets. These bedrooms share the second bathroom comprising, bath with shower, sink with vanity unit, w.c. and storage closet.
In the centre of the villa is the family room, which is full of extremely comfortable chairs and sofas, one of which pulls out into a king size bed allowing this room to be made into a fourth bedroom if required. (Curtains have been added to give extra privacy whilst used as a bedroom). Next to this room is the living room which is fully equipped with cable TV, video player and stereo. You will also find a selection of games, video tapes and CDs for your entertainment. The seating area allows ample room for an evening in front of the television, and also the large sofa converts into another king size bed.

The private screened pool can be accessed through the patio doors from the living room, and through the en-suite bathroom. The pool is 30ft in length and is 3ft deep in the shallow end leading to 6ft in the deeper end. The pool can be heated at your request (please notify at the time of booking). Surrounding the pool is a patio area where you will find table, chairs and loungers for your lazy days around the pool.
