Small owner-run hotel with sensational views of the Rivers Spey, & Dulnain, the Abernethy Forest and Cairgorm Mountains.
Traditional style dining with local produce, home produced as much as possible, specialising in wild berries, leaves and especially fungi. We have game and wild fungi on the menu most evenings and we give you a diferent potato each evening, cooked in the way most suitable to that variety. We also tell you what the variety is!
Very comfortable, bedrooms have en-suite facilities and superb views, tea and coffee in many varieties, including fresh coffee in a cafetiere. We give fresh milk each day.

The area around us, known as Strathspey is a major holiday area wilth all outdoor activities that you would expect, from golf, birdwatching, hillwalking, rambling, skiing, cycling, visiting castle, villages, malt whisky distilleries, touring all round Scotland, from Skye and the West Coast to Loch Ness, the far north, Orkney and to the East by Stonehaven and Aberdeen.
