Local Area DetailsWe are situated 30yds from edge of sea. The road in front turns into a coast path which leads to Crantock Beach. There is a golf course nearby at the edge of the sea.
We are 30 mins from St. Ives, and Bude, 20 mins. from the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. All of Cornwall can be reached within the hour small coastal fishing villages to the Cityu of Truro with its beautiful Cathedral right in the centre. Additional InformationAbout BeachesIn Newquay there are 6 beaches - one main surfing beach which we are close to which is Fistral Beach - another is the harbour beach which most families head to and Lusty Glaze which has many activities run by a local outdoor education school.
About GolfingThe golf course runs along the edge of the beach and is about a 5 min. walk away. can be seen from the apartments.
About Divingdiving lessons can be arranged both in Newquay and Falmouth
About FishingYou can hire boats for mackerel fishing or go on a chartered boat from Newquay or Padstow.
About Airport InformationNewquay airport is approx. 10 mins. away by car. Buses run from the airport.
About DrivingNo where in Cornwall is more than one hour from newquay. Beautiful coastal roads which take you down to the sea and also through beautiful country side. One one main road running through cornwall with shorter roads off.
About WalkingThere are so many walks in and around some for beginners some for the more adverturous. There is one from the front door of the apartments around the headlands to Crantock beach and on to Polly Joke Bay - all secluded and beautiful.
