Property Details
3 bedroom/2 bathroom house situated in the countryside just 3 miles southwest of Disney. Our villa is situated in the ChampionsGate area, West Kissimmee with easy access from US192, I4 and 417 Central Florida Greenway. We are so close to the parks that it is easy to return to the villa for lunch or an afternoon swim then go back for the evening entertainment. Restaurants and good quality food stores are only 5 minutes drive, Disney parks 10 minutes, Universal and Seaworld 20 minutes, Kennedy Space Center and St. Pete's Beach on the Gulf Coast around 70 minutes.
Our private south facing pool is solar heated and enclosed within a 6ft high fenced garden with a forested area to the rear providing total privacy. The pool is fully screened and equipped with a range of upholstered poolside furniture and a lanai for shade.
The villa is spacious on a double size plot of land (80ft x 120ft) and is air conditioned/heated and furnished to a high standard. There are two lounges with tv's (190 channels incl. HD), dvd’s and 50+ dvd films, hi-fi and music cd’s, books and Wi-Fi, just bring your laptop or iPad etc. There is a breakfast dining area and separate dining room.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, tv and clock radio, en-suite with walk-in shower, bath, twin vanity units and walk-in clothes closet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and are located next to the second bathroom. Linen, towels and hairdryers are provided.
The house is protected with a 24/7 monitored security system, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, security safe and the double garage has an electrically operated door. To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking in the villa is prohibited.
Local Area DetailsIndian Ridge has recreational facilities including tennis courts and community pool which are free for guests. We are next to Mystic Dunes golf course and ChampionsGate is only two miles south of our estate with another 60+ courses in the local vicinity.
