The one bedroom house is situated on a modern waterside development approximately 250 metres from the harbour side and only 10 mins level walk from the town centre and quay. The property is a one bedroom centrally heated house built in 1989 and is fitted out to the very highest standard.
The property is near the front & enjoys open views of Poole harbour. The uouse having an end position there are views from the bedroom window. Every effort has been made to supply all that is required to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The lounge has a colour television, video recorder.
A HI-FI unit consisting of tuner, tape, CD player.
A selection of films are also left for our guests watch on the video recorder. There are a selection of books to read.
Seating is double sofa.
In the kitchen all the necessary utensils are supplied including, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Etc. The cooker is electric.
From the bedroom there is a lovely uninterrupted view of the sea from the bedroom window. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed chest of draws large mirrored wardrobe. Hair dryer & a selection of coat hangers are also left for your convenience. Radio alarm is also provided.
The bathroom consists of bath with shower over, toilet & hand basin. Shaver point large wall mirror are also provided.
The house benefits from a Southwest facing patio. It catches the sun from 11:00 till sunset. There is one allocated parking space close to the property.
We the owners service the property, it is not contracted out or sub let. We therefore maintain the high standard we like to offer our guests.
Complementary tea & coffee flowers are provided for your arrival.
All linen is provided & fitted ready for use. Only beach towels not supplied.
Detailed instructions on where to find the supermarket, hospital & doctors, should they be required Etc. Everything to make your stay as comfortable & pleasant as possible. We are only 20 mins away & make a courtesy visit on Sunday to answer any questions you may have.
