The property is located on the south coast of Crete eastern side approximately 20 km east of Ierapetra the single urban centre on the south coast It is situated next to the traditional mountain village of Schinokapsala at 400 metres above sea level In the village a five minute walk away one finds a small original Kafenion typical Cretan coffee house which is the heart of the local society
