This charming villa is situated in a quiet residential street and offers a very private escape with fabulous views and exotic sunsets. Only a few minutes’ walk from local amenities such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a taxi rank. The villa is also only 5 minutes’ walk to the beach and 8 minutes’ walk to the famous Sinatra’s bar, frontline marina in Puerto Banús. The villa sleeps 12, with 5 double bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite and 2 that have an additional single bed. There are 5 bathrooms, 4 are en-suite with a jacuzzi bath in the master en-suite. There is full air conditioning to all rooms and in addition some rooms have ceiling fans. There is private parking which is off street and secure. Also for your security there is a safe in the master bedroom wardrobe. There is a games room with a pool table and additional lounge area with huge patio doors leading to the garden. As well there is a air-conditioned gym with various cardio equipment. After all that activity there is a 7 person jacuzzi/hot-tub in the garden to enjoy the sunsets or just a long cold drink.

PUERTO BANUS
For those of you who have never visited Puerto Banus before, you are in for an absolute treat! Those of you who have been before will already know you are coming back to an exciting resort. Puerto Banus is unique – based around a harbour filled with speed boats to enormous luxury yachts with cars to match and packed full of designer shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas, market stalls, department stores, and the most spectacular array of trendy, jet setting people – it’s no wonder Puerto Banus has been a playground to the rich and famous for decades!

The beaches of Puerto Banús are part of a fabulous stretch of golden sand known as the “Golden Mile” where you will find water sports, lots of chiringitoes (beach restaurants), chill out beach bars and views out to Gibraltar and even Africa. To top it off - Puerto Banús is surrounded by many of the best golf courses, marine, aqua and safari parks in the whole of Spain.

Puerto Banús is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the traditional Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara. This is the place to be pampered and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views. Since its inception some forty years ago, the port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centre, a Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown with their original soundtrack.

Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper’s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques.

If you really want to have a bird’s eye view of the port’s magnificent position, then regular boat trips are the ideal solution and available on a regular basis from the central promenade. The beach adjacent to Puerto Banus holds a European blue flag. Every Saturday morning at Puerto Banus by the bullring is a very popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.

Puerto Banús nightlife is well known among celebrities and there are countless clubs and pubs. In the summer months, the whole place rocks 'till daybreak' but expect to pay for it. If you like discotheques and ending up dancing until high hours of the dawn, there are the well-known discos La Notte, Olivia Valere, and Oh! Marbella and China White.

THE COSTA DEL SOL - GENERAL
Puerto Banus is ideally situated, only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, the famous mountain monkeys and tax free shopping! (You can also fly into Gibraltar airport – much smaller than Malaga with fewer flights but also fewer people!)

5 kms. north is the delightfully traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its own unique beaches. 5 kms. South is the huge expanse of Marbella town with yet more shops, restaurants and beaches. Just outside Marbella is the enormous retail park known as La Canada, with many English shops, restaurants, bowling, cinemas and so much more! The Costa del Sol, especially Marbella generally has good weather all year round as it is sheltered by the mountains in the winter and cooled by the sea breezes in the summer. So if you don’t choose the Costa del Sol for your summer break, why not try a winter vacation? Most residents and holiday makers alike enjoy winter here in summer attire.
