Our privately owned two bedroom semi-detached Villa is ideal for people looking for a relaxing holiday or looking for adventure.
Shops and restaurants are also conveniently nearby, at the local Atlantico Commercial Centre.

It takes 5 minutes to walk to the 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel and Golf Club, which offers a wide variety of services, including tennis courts, fitness centre, jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel also hosts a delightful restaurant, and relaxing piano bar.

The house is a short distance from the holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste and the nearest beach is only a 15 minutes walk.

The large, fully tiled balconys on the first floor, offer breath taking views taking in the golf course, the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura’s mountainous surroundings.
The Villa is full of character, and offers a very comfortable living space. The property has entrance gates and private parking, which ensures safety for you and your children.

It is ideally suitable for couples and families who want executive standards, all amenities and privacy.

The beautiful house has 2 bedrooms. Master Bedroom; Kingsize bed with balcony overlooking the golf course with a sea view and mountainous landscape. Second Bedroom; twin beds with french windows.

The groundfloor has a large front room with a wide screen tv, dvd player, leather sofas and dining area for four. It has a moderate sized kitchen with all appliances and a downstairs toilet with shower facilities, ideal if you have guests or come home from a day on the beach.

The exterior of the property comprises of a private garden area with tiled sunbathing area, garden and sun loungers, and a bbq with an outdoor dining set for four. The swimming pool is approx. 150 yards away and only available to properties in La Colina. It is very well maintained, with outdoor showers, sun loungers and changing rooms/toilet facilities.
