Built for four season living, this recently completed Arts and Crafts Estate Home comfortably accommodates
eight guests and is equipped with radiant heat, home telephone intercom system, and all the modern conveniences
you would expect in a luxury home. Waterfalls Mountain Lodge has two interconnected but separable living levels.
The home is wheelchair accessible.

The house was built into the side of the mountain next to an old swimming hole in Cattail Creek and is designed
so each room of the house has floor to ceiling windows oriented to the cascading creek, waterfalls, trout ponds
and mountain woodland. Over forty beautifully framed art paintings makes you feel like you are living in an
art gallery. Located on three acres of private forest land, the grounds feature garden paths, rock gardens,
water gardens, rhododendrons and mountain laurel. Hiking trails begin at your front door and fishing begins from
the Lodge's back porch.


Entering the house from the comfortable front porch, you pass through the entry hall, with a guest bath, into
the great room. The great room, overlooking the creek, has a stunning stack rock fireplace. The furnishings
are hand-made Arts and Crafts rugs, light fixtures, and built-ins complemented by unique antiques. The dinning
room area seats eight comfortably. Off the dining room is a modern kitchen equipped with all new appliances.
Leading from the dinning room, are eight foot sliding doors that open to a large all-weather covered porch and
open-air deck. A Weber Gas grill is provided for your outside cooking.
Also on this level is a large Master Bedroom with its' own vaulted ceiling sun-room used for sitting and reading
or watching TV. The built-in master bed has a King Size "Select Comfort Adjustable Mattress®".

The Master Bath, has two separate vanities and a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath situated next to a 5'X5' picture window
so you can soak and watch the creek.Adolph Mucha's "Four Seasons" paintings cover the entire opposite wall.
Additionally, there is a glass block shower stall with an optional handicapped seating bench. A clothes washer
and dryer are provided for your convenience.

The upper loft is accessible from and overlooking the great room, the loft shares floor to ceiling windows - both front
and back! The loft has two built in single bed sleeping areas separated by the stairwell. One single bed area has a
desk and the other single bed area has bookshelves lined with children's books and family games. TV, computer and
phone access is available in each sleeping area.

Below the first floor is the Waterfalls Level reached either by an outside or an inside set of stairs. The inside set of stairs
has a handicapped "Stair Master" lift-chair. The Waterfalls level has large picture windows and 16 feet of 8' French Glass
Doors - all looking directly to the many waterfalls on the property. The Waterfalls level has an expansive floor plan centered
around a great room anchored at one end with an oversized raised wood burning fireplace and at the other end by built-in
window seats to relax while viewing the waterfalls. The fireplace is surrounded on either side by Inglenook seats with an
ample supply of firewood to take the chill off in the cool evenings.
The media area features a large screen TV, with a DVD and Video player. Pulling out two concealed single beds makes this
great media room a great bedroom. Leaving the media room through an 8' sliding glass door leads to a small porch and
hand-railed stairs leading directly to a small waterfall. Another set of stairs leads to the trout pond swimming hole.

The Waterfalls level also has a separate study/bedroom with a queen size bed that folds out of the way to let you enjoy reading,
studying, or playing at an 18 foot, 3-person desk that has desk to ceiling windows. A surround sound 50-CD player with
surround sound is also provided. A sliding glass door from the study leads to a forty-four by ten foot "trout pound viewing"
deck that runs the length of the house. A spiral staircase from the deck takes you to the lowest level where you have access to
the "swimming hole".

The waterfalls level has its own glass block walled bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and it's own separate entrance, thus
this level may be used as separate living area.
