This secure fully furnished apartment makes it an ideal haven for families with small children or couples wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy resort, whilst enjoying all the amenities close at hand.
This apartment has been equipped to a high standard providing everything you need for a hassle free holiday. Access to the apartment block is very secure.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one ensuite with bathroom and bathtub and another with a double bed. The second bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, having a hob, oven, grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fruit juicer, coffee machine.
The living and dining room is spacious and holds a sofa bed with chaise long in leather, TV/LCD, DVD player, MP3, DivX, HDMI, IPod and IPhone docking station; you can comfortably seat up to 6 adults in the dining table. Cleaning and linens are included in the price.
The apartment has surround sound in all the rooms, air-conditioner and safe.
It also has a beautiful balcony with wooden table and 4 chairs to enjoy family meals or simply read a book with accompanied by glass of portuguese red wine. You can also make lovely barbeques in the balcony,since it is fully equiped for that purpose.
Local Area DetailsThe beach at San Martinho is a 8 minute walk from the apartment.
The water is very calm due to the waves breaking further out as they enter the ‘Horseshoe’ shaped bay. This makes it ideal for children to play in. In the summer shade tents are available on the beach. There is also a lifeguard on the beach.
A children’s playground is located at the end of the promenade and there are numerous cafes and restaurants dotted along the length of the promenade.
