Local Area DetailsGolf, Golf and more GOLF - Yes about 12 courses to choose from. Also about 50 vineyards and boutique wineries. Local markets and many types of water sports are all within easy reach. Horse-riding and National park walks. There are not many places in the world where you can drive from the Calm bayside beach to the wild Ocean beach in less than 10 minutes from one to the other. National park walks abound and dolphin and seal swims are unique to our bays.
Most water sport activities can be enjoyed. Car Ferry across the bay leaves from Sorrento, catch a Sea Plane to the city, or sail a yacht in. Drive to Phillip Island to visit the nocturnal wild penquin rookeries from the Mornington Peninsula Southern area.
