The Yellow House is a family home, completely remodeled in 2011, which stands on the promenade that connects Colares to the Praia das Macas. With all the modern comforts, swimming pool, garden, a barbecue area with outside dining and seating area.

The house is large and allows to accommodate 16 people, having two lounges, a dining room, a games room, 6 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 4 bathroom with shower, an outside toilet and 2 kitchens.

On the first floor is the entrance hall, lounge / dining room, a suite with shower, 2 twin extra long bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and another suite with shower.

At level 0, which is a continuation of the garden and pool area, we have a suite with a full bathroom, a second kitchen to support the barbecue and a games room with snooker, table tennis, darts and other social games for adults and children.

The exterior features a pergola with garden furniture, barbecue area with table and chairs for 12 people and a swimming pool (10 x 5 m), surrounded by wooden deck and lawn, with coverage for child protection.

Finally, a loft with natural light and very colorful, which has two single beds and can accomodate other beds if needed.

The Yellow House is ideal for families with play areas for everyone, allowing to enjoy both the beach and the mountains (both 2.5 km away).

Four minutes away from the Yellow House will find all the facilities you need for a pleasant holiday: sand beaches, tennis school, surfing, football, horse riding, playgrounds, salt water swimming pools with huge slides, etc. Also you can find fish and seafood restaurants, pizzeria, bars, cafes, pastry specialties of Sintra "pillows and cheesecake", terraces where you can enjoy the spectacle of the sea while enjoying a nice coffee or soft drink, pharmacy, clothing stores, crafts, ice cream, mail, newspapers and magazines plus several mini-markets. Cascais is surrounded by popular beaches, such as Guincho Beach to the west, and the lush Sintra mountains to the north.
