It is only a five minute drive from the Marina, Palmares golf course and Lagos historical center. The property has magnificent views of Meia Praia beach, one of Lagos´ largest, which extends from Lagos to Alvor, another beautiful town on the western coast. It is walking distance, so if preferred not to use a car, you can enjoy a 20 minute walk on the beach either to Lagos or Alvor, where there are several beach restaurants to choose from. Great for family holidays or joint-couple retreat.
The property has a large private roof terrace which includes a built-in barbecue, sink, and mini fridge, with table/chairs/sofas, ideal for dining or an evening drink. There is an open garage available for one car but parking isn´t a problem as there are several parking spaces for residents in that area.
