3) Is separate from the other two B/rooms and has 3 singles and a fold out sprung Double couch bed.
The dining room /lounge has an open fire, TV and old radiogram
There is also a divan to sleep on if necessary
The bathroom has a toilet and shower/bath. Renovated in 2001.
There is a fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave in the kitchen
An outside laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Possum cottage is situated in a farm yard setting on our 1200 acre farm just out of Fairlie which is on the tourist drive between Mt Cook, Queenstown and Christchurch. We farm sheep ,cattle , deer along with the farmyard animals.
It is a charming and cosy cottage, fully self contained with plenty of blankets,duvets and pillows .For a hassle free holiday Food and Linen are all you need to bring.( Linen can be hired at $5 a bed ) .
Mountain bikes are available on the farm. “Big Red “ the farm horse is also avaliable for a quiet ride. For a charge and weather permitting we can offer you a ride in our jet boat on New Zealands newest hydro Lake Opuha.
Visitors are welcome to walk and explore the native wilderness in our gorge and tussock land and when convenient help with the farm routine.
There are 2 skifields –Mt Dodson and Fox Peak in the area.It takes about ½ hr to there access roads.We are eally suited for daytrips in every direction. Mt Cook (1hr 40 min ), Tekapo (25 mins )or Timaru (40 mins )
