Amigo’s B&B Cozumel, located on a quiet residential street just 5 city blocks from the turquoise Caribbean Sea Cozumel is famous for. Hidden behind high walls, you will find a large garden with more than 12 species of tropical fruit tree as well as a huge multi level free form swimming pool. The cottage style rooms are set at the back of the acre property and each have private bathroom with shower, complete kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 burner hotplate, microwave and all cooking and eating utensils. Each room has AC, ceiling fans, alarm clock, CD/stereo player, and choice of king or single beds. A hammock is available for your afternoon siesta. The communal palapa area is where your breakfast is served. Also here you will find a full service oven/stove, blender, toaster, coffeemaker if you wish to cook your meals. Under the communal palapa is also the living area where you will find a remote control color TV with local cable, Region 1 DVD player, stereo system, VCR, games, magazines, darts, child’s size pool table and books. Purified water, safe box service, welcome briefing, departing flight reconfirmation, babysitting and bicycles are among the services provided by Amigo’s staff. Daily breakfast can vary and might include coffee, tea, juices, hot and cold cereals, home made baked goods, yogurt, fresh fruit including any ripe fruit from the on site garden, breads and more. Snorkeling, scuba diving, glass bottom boats, submarines all can take you out to see this spectacular underwater world He has given us.. All sorts of water sports, like windsurfing, kitesurfing, board surfing, fishing, bone fishing can be done from Cozumel. In addition, Cozumel is the sacred center for the Maya, as the ruins here are dedicated to the goddess, Ixchel, the goddess of Fertility. Ruins are open for visits daily. The island museum is one of the top five in all the Caribbean and well worth a visit.
