Fully equipped kitchen - crockery, cutlery, plates, pots, pans etc
Fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee percolator (most important!).

Laundry
Laundry area off living room, with washing machine. There is a drying rack to dry clothes inside

Bathroom / Toilets (2)
The bathroom has lovely new Mosaic tiles, toilet, shower over small bath, vanity, mirror. The second toilet is downstairs off the laundry area.

Joins all 3 floors - persistent gradient.

3 Dbl Bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) :
Second floor - 2 double bedrooms (sleep 4):
White bedroom: double bed, has views over village roofs to fields beyond
Yellow bedroom: double bed, good closet space, view to cobbled street
Third floor - Top bedroom (sleeps 2) with 2 tables and extra sofa/pull-out double bed.
Linen provided.

Spare room
Third floor - no access to visitors. Storage (will eventually be a study)

Cave / cellar
Separate outside entrance on street level and internal door. Underground cellar offers storage space for suitcases etc. Currently storage/workroom.
