The house is located at the owner’s garden, 5 minutes walk from the center of the village and at the same time provides great privacy being outside overbuilt areas. The distance to Machico and Santa Cruz towns is about 9 km.
This one bedroom little cottage, enjoys panoramic mountain and views to the garden. On sunny days, it`s the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or seat on the nice grass path ideal to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The spectacular views of the mountains and its prestige location make Santo da Serra a fantastic place favored by many professional Golfers and the home of the Madeira Island Open where it was played for the first time in January 1993 (PGA European Tour). It is now hosted every year in March.
The LC Cottage is situated in a quiet area where you can rest and relax or enjoy the famous Levadas walkings in Madeira such as Portela - Ribeiro frio, levada da Serra that links Santo da Serra to Camacha beeing famous for its flowers, folkdance music and wicker works baskets.
