Located in the heart of the Algarve, the Ocean Suites Apartments are in an outstanding location, as they are situated on a headland overlooking the crystal clear waters of the ocean and just a short walk to the secluded beach at Senhora da Rocha. To the east is the town of Armacao de Pera with its miles of golden sandy beaches and to the west are numerous coves which punctuate the picturesque coastline

Set in its own sub tropical landscaped grounds with swimming pool and bar area, the south facing, air conditioned apartments (sleeps 4), offer a spacious living/dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed/ 3 seater settee, TV, DVD player and direct access to its private outdoor terrace and garden area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your home comforts with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. There is a generous size bedroom with ample storage; this also has access to the outside terrace. The property has 2 attractive bathrooms; one has a bath with shower, whilst the other has a shower cubicle. The terrace, with its garden furniture, is ideal for outdoor living as its south facing aspect maximizes the sunshine during the day and also takes advantage of the wonderful sunsets.

Within a 20 minute drive of the resort there are 7 golf courses, 2 water parks, 2 theme parks, 2 horse riding centres and a nature reserve, which is home to many species of birds. If all the sun, sand and leisure activities have not been fulfilling during your stay, then retail therapy can be obtained at Algarve Shopping with its variety of high street outlets.

Arrangements can be made for car hire or airport transfer. However, car hire is not essential as there is a bus stop within yards of the apartment.

The owners live just 5 minutes away and are always available to meet guests on arrival and to give advice where necessary, so as to ensure that your stay is as pleasurable as possible.

Armacao de Pera was originally a small fishing village where tuna used to be caught and brought up onto Fishermens Beach This vibrant resort boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve with pretty coves around the coastline and there is an excellent choice of fish restaurants especially in the Fishermens Beach area It is a great place for a relaxing holiday and has that certain something about it that you will really love There is a promenade along the beach where you can find many bars and restaurants and a childrens play area The beach of Armao de Pra is perfect for children as it is very calm and the slope is gradual and in the daytime the fishermen will take holidaymakers for a trip along the coastline where you can see the fascinating rock formations caves and grottos Also in the area there is the tiny Romanesque Chapel of Senhora da Rocha Our Lady of the Rocks which is where fishermen used to pray before setting off for a nights fishing This is apparently the area where there was a vision of the Virgin Mary If you hire a car a host of golf courses are within easy reach and To the East are Zoomarine an oceanographic theme park including a dolphinarium Guia The famous chicken piripiri is sold in all of its restaurants Algarve Shopping This is similar to the outlet villages and it also has a 9 screen cinema and 10 pin bowling Pera The largest sand sculpture exhibition in the world NOT TO BE MISSED Krazy World a theme park including reptiles pets corner swimming pools fairground and more Pera Nature Reserve Has an abundance of bird life including storks flamingos and stilts To the West are Aqualand one of the Algarves noted water parks with large water slides Slide and Splash another of the Algarves fabulous water parks Silves the former capital of the Algarve with its historic castle and its Cork Museum Monchique is the highest town in the Algarve and has extensive views of the coastline from Portimo to Lagos Nearby is Caldas de Monchique which is an attractive spa resort with thermal waters
