Situated on a small and select development this new town house is located in a quite and peaceful residential area but is less than a 10 minute stroll to the seafront, harbour, shops and restaurants.

The property is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained shared swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. The local municipal beach is only 15 mins walk from the villa at Kato Paphos, the main tourist area with the pretty harbour surrounded by bars, taverna’s and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours. For the more energetic, the best sandy beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 9kms. away with water sports, bars, taverna’s and shops.

Downstairs you enter into a spacious living/dining area with seating, dining table and chairs. There is a TV and DVD player and a music system including CD player radio and tape player. Of the lounge is a WC and hand basin. The small compact kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, washing machine, and all the usual small appliances.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedroom has twin beds and there is a bathroom with bath/shower, W.C. and hand basin.

Outside there is a shared pool 11mx5m with sun-loungers, tables and chairs and umbrellas. Car parking space is provided.

Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
