Come stay in our amazing studio down on the waterfront in Plymouth the gateway to the far west country!

The apartment has been converted from formal naval buildings in the Royal William Victualing Yard and are steeped in history. Really high quality fittings marry with period details. The walls are massive thick limestone and we have 3m ceilings so get the effect of space and light.

From the carpark you enter through the amazing Winter Garden and a corridor leads to the apartment.

A wide hallway (space for small chair bed to sleep additional small person!!) leads to a fully fitted luxury shower room in white with a wall of mirrors and a superb double power shower cubicle.

The main studio room has a really high quality white kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, freezer and fridge all integrated in thier own cabinets. There's ample storage space here!! Stainless steel worktops and glass splash backs give the kitchen the really luxurious finish that our guests love!

Within the studio theres an oak framed luxury convertible sofa (from futon company) thats really comfortable together with a black leather recliner and stool. There is a black glass dining table and chairs tucked away in one corner.

We supply some DVD's /CD's to use for those rainy days and a LCD TV, DVD, CD/radio etc are all there for guests to use. When its sunny open up the massive french windows and let the outside come in. There is a small Juliet balcony.

In all this is a superb compact apartment that makes an absolutely ideal base to explore the city of Plymouth and the surrounding South Devon and Cornwall countryside.

Local Area Details

The apartment is located at the head of the Stonehouse peninsula literally moments from the retail and commercial activities of the city...yet is very quiet.

The flat is literally on the waters edge (and enjoys a view over the landscaped inner courtyard)and passenger ferries depart to Mount Edgcumbe and the city centre but a few moments walk away. For the more energetic the city centre is a brisk 20 minute walk away or use the regular bus and will take you 7 minutes!! Buses depart from just outsidet the development.

In the city there are loads of galleries, museums, restaurants and nightclubs to make your stay as enjoyable in th evening as during the day. There are superb restaurants actually with the apartment complex....so you won't have to walk far for your supper....or breakfast even. (Secolounge have a really popular restaurant on site!)

The apartment is close to the university for famililies wishing to visit their offspring or for visiting academics.

The beach at Firestone Bay is but a few moments walk way and a stunning view across the Sound can be enjoyed from Devil's Point very close by. BUt probably the best views are from our private quay where you can watch the sun set over the river and Cornish countryside!! Truly amazing.
