Property Details
Situated on a small and select development this new town house is located in a quite and peaceful residential area but is less than a 10 minute stroll to the seafront, harbour, shops and restaurants.
The property is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained shared swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. The local municipal beach is only 15 mins walk from the villa at Kato Paphos, the main tourist area with the pretty harbour surrounded by bars, taverna’s and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours. For the more energetic, the best sandy beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 9kms. away with water sports, bars, taverna’s and shops.
Downstairs you enter into the kitchen which is fully equipped including a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, and all the usual small appliances. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are also supplied.
There is a spacious living/dining area with a 3 seater settee and 2 chairs, dining table and 4 chairs, and a TV and DVD player and a radio. Off the lounge is a WC and hand basin. Patio doors lead onto the patio area which has a table and chairs and sunbeds overlooking the swimming pool.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, and plenty wardrobe space and has a balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedroom has twin beds, dressing table and wardrobes. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a bathroom with bath/shower, W.C. and hand basin. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Outside there is a large shared pool 11mx5m
Car parking space is provided.

Cyprus has a wide variety of shops and markets where locally made filigree silverware, hand made lace, leather goods, colorful rugs, basketwork, copperware and terracotta pots are popular buys.
Steeped in history, Cyprus is rich in archaeological treasures and there are many intriguing sites to visit.
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.

Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange juice is supplied
24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian and Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember.
