Only 4 minutes walk to the white sands of south beach in the heart of the fashion, dining, nightlife & art deco district. Studio amenities include free high speed internet access, LCD Digital white TV/DVD combo with premium movie channels including HBO, individual temp control A/C with remote, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, phone, hairdryer, radio, new blackout curtains, iron and ironing board. Your studio comes with a queen bed, your own private bathroom/shower, 4 fresh clean towels, linen, liquid hand soap, dial soap and shampoo gel all in one for cleansing the entire body/hair. During your stay nobody will be cleaning your studio unless if you wish to have cleaning service there is an extra charge of $50 per day(optional). The studio I own (305 sq ft) is in a condo- hotel, situated on the corner 2nd floor on the quiet, back side of the building. Also on the same 2nd floor (front-side) of the building there is a 1500 sq ft balcony with a hot tub that you share with the other guests/tenants of the building. Upon arrival at the hotel front desk you must present a photo id, a major credit card or a US$100 security deposit to cover damages or incidentals. If you choose to make a cash deposit it is refundable upon check out provided there are no damages to the studio. The front desk is open 24 hours and there s no smoking allowed inside the studio.
Look no further...this is the best value for your money as you are in the ideal location..few minutes walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars and all the nightlife South Beach has to offer. Across the street is Diesel, Adidas, Banana Republic, A/X and Kenneth Cole shops.
The popular Lincoln Mall is only 5 minutes away by bus. To save costs you can take 2 buses to get you back and forth from the airport and you do not need a car as everything is in walking distance from your studio.
MINIMUM of 5 nights stay. Price do not include special events and holidays. Check in is at 3pm , check out 12:00 noon. The front desk can hold your luggage for you if you wish to check out later or if you arrive early. At least one of you must be 21 years or older to stay. Accept payment from major credit cards via paypal. To confirm a reservation FULL payment is required. If you CANCEL your vacation by notifying me via email or phone at least 7 days before your arrival you will get a full refund of your monies less a 5% handling fee via Paypal.
If you choose to cancel less than 7 days before your arrival you will get a 60% refund of your monies via Paypal.Contact me anytime via email. Looking forward to hearing from you.
