Property Details
The house is set in the centre of old town of Frigiliana, thus in a very picturesque location in one of the many cobbled narrow streets, with views out of all windows of the pretty ceramica gift shops and stunning seaviews from the roof terrace. Frigiliana is said to be one of the most prettiest villages in Andalucia and only 10mins drive or by the regular bus or taxi to attractive beach resort of Nerja. A perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy the surroundings.
House is located in main cobbled tourist street, it is possible to drive to house front door to drop off and pick up. Approx 10 steps lead up to the house front door. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace. Roof terrace with fabulous sea views, over the village, and towards Nerja. Seating, table, washing machine, outdoor tap. The house has 'window balconies' leading from the lounge/diner and bedroom to sit and relax, gazing at the street views.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, leading to bathroom. Built-in wardrobe. Doors to window balcony.

Bathroom leading from bedroom with shower, basin, wc, storage. Door leading to roof terrace with sea views.

Fridge/freezer, microwave, 2-ring electric hob, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, utensils (Open plan kitchen leading off lounge/diner), window with front street view.
Living Rooms:
Lounge/diner with double doors onto window balcony over front street views.
Open plan diner with table/seating, breakfast bar, leading into lounge area with double sofa bed.

Roof terrace with fabulous sea views and over the village, and towards Nerja. Seating, table, washing machine, outdoor tap.

Local Area Details10 mins drive by car or local regular bus service or taxi to Nerja. Many beaches coves and the very popular Burriana beach edged with bars beachbars, shops and gorgeous views. Golf courses available near by one being just past Nerja approx 20 mins and another at Motril approx 30mins. Sierra Nevada ski resort near Granada is only approx 1 1/2 hours away. The surrounding landscape is ideal for cycling and walking. Walks available from the village, watersports available at nearby La Herradura 30 mins drive. Sierra Nevada ski resort is only approx 1 hour drive. The bright blue Lake Bermajales Alhama is only approx 60mins drive. The spectacular natural treasure of the Nerja caves awaits you only 10mins drive. Frigiliana offers many gift shops, clothes shops, ceramicas, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, banks, tourist information, local markets, community swimming pool with bar and pizzeria The very popular holiday resort of Nerja 10mins drive offering an abundance of all amenities and nightlife. Almunecar town approx 20mins drive with abundance of all amenties and nightlife. Granada historic city 90mins drive, Malaga 45 mins drive, Torremolinos & Fuengirola 60 mins, drive Marbella approx 1hr. After youve explored Frigiliana and have time to explore a little further afield. Both Nerja and Almunecar towns offer shopping, supermarkets, banks, hotels, bars, nightlife, beach bars, numerous restaurants and fast food. Almunecar includes McDonalds and Burger King. Friday am large outdoor market which is well worth a visit. Aqua park Bird park and usual town amenities. Car not essential as regular bus service from Frigiliana to and from Nerja or taxis. Malaga airport approx 45 mins drive, bus or taxis from Malaga Airport via Nerja. Granada airport approx 90mins but car recommended if interested in exploring a little more.
