We offer holiday accommodation in Las Alpujarras which is part of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in southern Spain. They make perfect holiday rentals for people who are looking to relax or those who want a bit of an adventure and choose outdoor activities. The apartments are rustic, clean & uniquely decorated to give you a taste of rural Andalucia. Our holiday rentals suit couples, families and big groups. We can offer discounts for group bookings of over 8 people.

We are close to the city of Granada which is known for the grand Alhambra Castle and is only 30 mins by car. With the Costa Del Sol and the beaches of Salobrena and Almunecar only 30 mins to the south we are situated in a perfect position. Lanjaron is a fun rural town filled with tradition and friendly people. The Sierra Nevada is right on your doorstep which numerous routes to enjoy walking & trekking across the Alpujarras & the Sierra Nevada.

We have 4 apartments for rent that each comprises of one double bedroom, one twin room, lounge, bathroom and a kitchen which is fully equipped with microwave and fridge. Each accommodation includes washing machines and wood burning fires for the cooler months & they all have either a balcony or terrace.
Holiday accommodation in Las Alpujarras that over look the towns park and mountains. Lanjaron is Spain's main water town and the bottled water is shipped all over Spain so you are quite safe to drink the water here out of the taps & fountains which are dotted around through the town. Lanjaron possesses charming old Moorish streets and alleys and the old Arabic castle below the town still stands today.

Lanjaron is a unique little town set in the gateway to Las Alpujarras With the Sierra Nevada Mountains set behind the town breathtaking views can be enjoyed from every corner of town Famously known for its water having medicinal benefits people come from all over the world Still stands the old Moorish Castle set just in front of the town set up on a hill side The village park is enjoyed by all in the summer months with an open air bar which sells refreshments and good local food Las Alpujarras has also inspired many authors such as Chris Stewart who wrote Driving Over Lemons Gerald Brenans South From Granada and the recently published Chickens Mules And Two Old Fools by Victoria Tweed Whilst staying at the apartments there are a number of activities that you can undertake to keep yourselves occupied Horse riding is enjoyed by all and can be one of the best ways to see the views of Las Alpujarras There is also walking trekking and white village walks along the GR7 The GR7 is the longest distance path through going from Gibraltar to Greece In winter there is the opportunity to go skiing mountaineering and even have a go at snow shoeing Those which prefer something a little less strenuous can opt for a day or two birdwatching in a 4x4 tour around Las Alpujarras Granada and the Sierra Nevada If hiring a car there is lots of days out including Mini Hollywood which is where the famous spaghetti westerns were filmed Including the Good The Bad And The Ugly Fist Full Of Dollars and Shalako Getting to Lanjaron is easy and there has been a new motorway built running from Malaga up to the Lanjaron turn off junction Lanjaron holds many culinary traditions including the fiesta de Jamon y miel Serrano ham and honey feast Fresh bread baked daily and season fruits can be bought from local vegetable shops
