Half a level down you are finding the huge (50 sqm) open plan lounge/dining with chimney and adjoining terrace (also 50 sqm) with dining table and BBQ facilities.
Up half a level there are the 2 master bedrooms (one on-suite) with splendid sea-views. The next level up there is bedroom no. 4 and a big family moroccan themed bathroom with jacuzzi, double designer glass sink, shower and state of the art toilet.
To top the things up on the roof is again an ample terrace with fantastic sea views, sitting area and sun loungers. So, room for everybody.
The communal swimming pool sits right at the entrance to the urbanisation and is very big (with kids area)and is only a 3 min. walk from the house.

From there you have plenty of amenities, reachable in only 5-10 min.
Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and close to town center.
