Local Area DetailsThe la Gardenia apartments are located in the quiet Sol Del Este residential area There is a small shop and 2 bars which serve food within 3 minutes walk There is a small beach with wooden jettys minutes away where you can swim and search rockpools The historic town of Es Castell and the picturesque harbour of Cala Fonts is a leisurely 10 Mins walk whre you will find many bars and restaurants to suil all tastes and budgets Es Castell also has all the supermarkets shops banks etc you wold expect in a small town From Cala Fonts you can take a boat trip around the harbour From La Gardenia you can enjoy walks along the harbours edge and through the courntry lanes to ST Esteve and Fort Malborough You can also swim off the rocks using the purpose built ladder it is also an excellent location for fishing Mahon is a 10 min taxi ride and there is regular bus service from Es Castell With a car you can easily enjoy all Menorca has to offer beautiful beaches historic towns and golf
