Fully equipped luxury accommodation comprising Lounge, American style kitchen, 2 double sized bedrooms, upstairs turret room with two single beds, and a bathroom. There is a lovely courtyard area with patio table & chairs ideal for outside dining or finding some shade from the sun. The large, extremely private, rooftop solarium is in the sun all day and has wonderful views of the golf course, mountains, and some beautiful evening sunsets.
Supermarkets, Bars, restaurants and bank are just a 5 minute walk away, as is the clubhouse at La Marquesa Golf Club, with the driving range and practice area only 2 minutes away. There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 5 minute drive. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away, as is the resort of La Manga. There is a colourful, bustling, street market in one of the local towns almost every day.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and the excellent, testing, La Finca championship golf course is just a 10 minute drive.
Accommodation
The lounge has air conditioning, leather sofas, heater, dvd player, and satellite TV showing a selection of English channels BBC. ITV, Movies, Kids, Music etc. Premier league football coverage is available at several of the local bars. The Kitchen area has ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full electric oven & ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils, iron and ironing board and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, (master with air conditioning), one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and both with large wardrobes, and bedside tables with lamps, and hair dryer. There is also a turret room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside table (supplement payable for 5th & 6th persons). The lounge and bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The fully tiled bathroom has toilet, wash handbasin, bidet and bath with shower over. The villa is ideal for a long let as well as a holiday stay.
Facilities
There are gardens to the front and side of the villa and also a large private solarium and secluded courtyard enabling you to sunbathe and dine al fresco. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private, gated, swimming pool is located just behind the property.

This part of Spain is famous for its salt lakes. This has a major knock on effect on humidity levels and as a result the air is much (more pleasant) dryer than in other parts of Spain and Europe.
