The barn has an imposing exposed beamed roof and terracotta floors with underfloor heating. The country kitchen, at one end of the barn, leads directly onto a shaded and covered dining terrace overlooking the garden. In the middle of the barn is a sitting area with large chimney and sofas and a second dining table.

The main double bedroom has its own bathroom with extra wide shower and separate bath tub. Above the main bedroom is a very large mezzanine with full size english snooker table and two single beds if required. The second double bedroom, with ensuite shower and wc, is on the ground floor of the main house (owner's home) with independant external access just meters from the barn. The garden and pool of the rental property are orientated away from the owner's home, ensuring privacy.
