Silver House is a two storey modern block of 8 flats situated in the tourist area of Potamos Yermasoyias, near hotels, restaurants, pubs, discos, nightlife. The gardens next to Silver House have a children's playground with swings, slides, benches.
The flats are fully furnished with fitted kitchen, hot and cold water, shower, clean linen, TV, fridge, toaster, iron.
Flat 3 can sleep 2 adults and 2 children; it has one double and two single beds.
Flat 7 can sleep 2 adults and 1 child; it has one double and one single bed
Flat 3 has air conditioning plus heating. Flat 7 has heating facilities.

Local Area Details

The rent is payable at least 8 weeks before departure. If you book more than 8 weeks before departure we would require £50 Booking Deposit. This is applied to Returnable Deposit. Confirmation of your booking is posted to you by return of post. There is also a Returnable Deposit of £50.We refund your deposit on receipt of the keys and receipt of confirmation from our Managing Agents in Cyprus that no damage has been done and the flat has been left in a clean,habitable state. Make cheques payable to V M Fellas.
The keys to the flat are posted to you two weeks before departure.
