The apartment is in a small block of 24 apartments and has a communal sun terrace and swimming pool on the roof. The apartment is comfortably furnished and with views of the sea and village of La Laguna.

Local Area DetailsAn ideal location for getting away from it all. Playa de Santiago is on the southern most and sunniest part of La Gomera. The island is ideal for walkers and nature lovers. In the village is a diving school and boat trips around the island and to the towns of San Sebastian and Valle Gran Rey can be taken from the harbour. On the outskirts of the village is an 18 hole golf course with stunning views across the ocean. This is not a destination for those who are looking for nightlife. The harbourside local restaurants are all usually closed by 10.30pm. There are two well stocked supermarkets in the village together with a chemist, hairdresser and a small number of shops selling local crafts.
