This lovely presented stone clad villa is set amidst maintained gardens in an area between Pollensa and Port Pollensa with the nearest beach only ten minutes drive away. This relaxed and airy house is very suitable for guests wanting to know the flavor of the real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities.
The interior is well furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. The entrance doors lead into the spacious dining lounge area with pretty terracotta tiling and an oak dining table and chairs. From here there is access to the side terraces. The lounge area with wood burning stove has satellite TV, DVD and CD player. From the lounge dining area there is also access to the separated fitted kitchen totally equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. Must say that next to the kitchen there is a pantry and the utility area where the washing machine is located.
Completes the interior of the villa the sleeping area which comprises of three twin bedrooms one with an en suite full bathroom and a further shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and standing fans.
Outside, the gardens are simple but very well looked after, with colorful flowers and plants. The sparkling swimming pool has roman steps and is flanked by lush lawns, sunbathing areas and a built in barbecue ideal to prepare nice dinners al fresco.
