Villa Elaphiti Dubrovnik, built out of stone in Dalmatian style, is located in the heart of Dubrovnik at the most beautiful and constantly sunny seaside area-Gruz. Our guests can completely relax while enjoying the serenity of the moment and the most breathtaking views of the lovely city of Dubrovnik and the famous Elaphite islands.
Our lovely villa consists of two flats and sleeps up to 14 persons, 6 extremely spacious bedrooms. The villa also possesses fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV, two balconies, two very large terraces, gardens, and many other facilities. Also, an additional benefit for our guests is the large private parking space in front of villa. The villa is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean vegetation.
Villa Elaphiti Dubrovnik has a great position in terms of being close to all amenities. Within 5-10 minutes' walking distance you will find supermarkets, the post office,banks, bus stations, the shopping center, the restaurants, the main bus station, the marina, cafes, bars, fish market, etc.
