Situated near a rural hamlet close to a little wood, ideal for walks, this lovely stone character 16th century "longere" has been carefully renovated to keep its original character whilst adding all modern comforts.

Local Area DetailsIt is less than 15 minutes drive from Dinard and the beaches, St Lunaire golf course, casino and Dinard International airport and is situated in the Cotes d'Armor, Brittany near Pleslin-Trigavou (population 2,951).
Dinard offers you its beaches of fine sand and its miles of seaside walks along coast roads lined with flowers and palm trees. The many coastal islands and islets are a pleasure to look at and are also destinations for yachtsmen.
Further afield, the Channel Islands offer you a complete change of scenery an hour by boat or 15 minutes by plane away.
The Rance is one of the most beautiful rivers in Brittany and one that will satisfy all the lovers of river tourism. The city of Dinan, a magnificently preserved medieval town, is reason alone to make the trip down the Rance.
Saint Malo, the pirate city, (2 km as the crow flies) is linked to Dinard by the Rance dam. With Mont Saint Michel less than an hour away by road to the east, Cancale and its oysters 30 km away, and the grandiose site of Cap Frehel the same distance away towards the West, Dinard lies at the heart of a region that can satisfy the most demanding of tourists: sports enthusiasts, lovers of old stones, lovers of natural beauty, or even all three at once.

Payment 30% at the reservation and the final amount of the rental must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival.

Not included in the rental: fixed amount for end-of-stay housekeeping and laundry of Euros 60 per adult and child from 12 years old. Till 12 years old, free. Amount to be paid cash in Euros directly to the housekeeper the day of your departure .
Cancellation: Cancellation of a confirmed let is subject to the following conditions:
Up to 4 months before the scheduled date of arrival, no charge.
Between 4 and 2 months before the scheduled date of arrival, 70% of the rental.
An arrangement would be possible, however, if the property can be re-let in the meantime.
Less than 2 months, 100% of the amount of the rental.
