The ground floor in the house includes a large kitchen with dining table for 6 to 8 people, a living room and a covered outdoor terrace with dining table also.

In the first floor there are four sleeping bedrooms, three of them with private bathroom and an outdoor terrace.

On the top floor there are a large gym and a roof terrace. All the house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. On the side there is a private parking place.

The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils including microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, gas cooker and electric oven.

In addition to guidebooks and maps, there is also a GPS device with maps of Madeira.

From the house you can make free phone calls to landlines in several countries around the world.

A free high speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) throughout the entire house is available. In the attic you also have free access to a PC with video call, printer and scanner.

In the living room on the ground floor there is a 46 "flat screen monitor with cable TV with a lot of international channels, DVD player, stereo system, screen play hard disk, TV photo card viewer and IPod audio connection.

In the gym in the attic there are professional fitness equipment (cross-trainer, bike, cardio-vascular and muscular equipment). Add to that a permanently installed electronic dart game. There are also a washing machine and ironing equipment.

Bed linen, table linen, towels, bath towels and beach towels are abundant. Once a week the house will be cleaned and the linen changed.

In the garden all ready for a big barbecue.

For children there are various toys.

The house is licensed and approved by Madeira Tourist Board.

Is located in a residential area, 3 minutes of the motorway, for vehicular access to the rest of the Island.

The highway is above the house, so in the house we do not hear any street noise.

The house is ideal for families or small groups up to 10 people. It has a high quality internal and external finishes, spacious rooms, airy and very light and extra services highly innovative.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view over Funchal bay and admire the arriving and departing of large cruise ships.

The house is located near the Old Town of Funchal (1.5 km downhill). There are some of the best restaurants with various local and international menus. In the Old Town also you can visit the Historical Centre of Madeira Museum and other interesting museums in Funchal telling the varied and interesting history of the Island.

From the Old Town you also can take the cable car to the beautiful gardens of Jardim Botânico and Monte. The famous fish, fruit and flower market (Mercado dos Lavradores) is also just off the Old Town.

Madeira is famous for its lush vegetation, with all varieties of plants and flowers and its sub-tropical gardens. There are two championship golf courses, truly wonderful mountain and coastal walking, ocean swimming, sailing, game fishing, etc. In addition to the marina in Funchal, several modern marinas for yachts and motor boats were created.

Although the coast is dominated by cliffs, in recent years many swimming pools in the Atlantic have been expanded. Approximately 15m by car is the protected bay of Machico, with its fine golden sand beach good for swimming with children.
