Emerald Classic Villas is a traditional complex of eight stone luxury villas with private pools, located on the north-east Coast of Zakynthos Island, at Agios Nikolaos village, in the area of Volimes, well known for the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck.
The complex is ideally situated on a small hillside, only 300 m. away from the coast, in a pure and unspoilt area, offering panoramic views over the Ionian Sea, and tranquillity and peace to every quest. The truly captivating charm of the surrounding area, lush and green, endless blue, and absolute calm, is really scenic.
Each villa has an exterior private fenced space of 185 sqm and set on an area of 1000 sqm. The distances between the villas ensure the privacy of their quests.
Emerald Classic Small: A two floor villa sleeping 4 persons. The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: : electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils. The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wood and cane furniture and it also has a fireplace. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and movies/books collection. There is also a separate WC which has a wash-hand basin and toilet. A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, Tv and safe deposit box. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
