There is a garden with sun loungers, and has direct access to the pool and there is also a private, unoverlooked rooftop solarium where you can sunbathe. Children under the age of 8 years old are not permitted in the apartment.
Supermarket, Bars and restaurants and Aqua Park are within walking distance. There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca championship golf course is a 5 minute drive. La Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.

The lounge has Air Conditioning, one leather chair and and a chair and sofa , satelite TV showing English channels, BBC , ITV ,2, Channel 4 & 5, Movie channels ,kids channels , Sky News and lots more, DVD, video and stereo with CD player The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 4 .The Kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils iron and ironing board. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with king size bed and en-suite and one with double sofabed and double wardrobes with mirror sliding doors, and bedside tables with lamps, and hair dryer. The large fully tiled bathroom, has toilet, vanity unit with hand basin and bath with shower over. The apartment is ideal for a long let as well as a holiday stay.
Facilities

The property is in a very peaceful location. The private gated swimming pools are located behind the property. There is a large pool and a safe childrens pool. The pools are surrounded by landscaped gardens ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. There are good sports facilities in Quesada including bowling, tennis, bicycle hire, gym, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly.
Car Hire is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we request that smoking is limited to the outside.
The property is situated approx 25 minutes drive south from Alicante airport and 30 minutes drive north from Murcia, easily accessible from N332 or the AP7 motorway. If 2 weeks booked together there is 10% discount on second week.
