The living room has a double size hide-a-bed, recliner and love seat. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games, wireless internet, books, videos and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The view is across the lake and the trees. The home is heated and cooled by forced air.

The master bedroom has a double size bed, cable TV and views of the Stanislaus National forest out the window.

The second bedroom has a total of four single beds (2 trundle bed with a pull out of 2 more under bed), TV, DVD and views of the Stanislaus National Forest.

The bathroom is a shower, sink and toilet.

Lakemont Pines lake is directly across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.
