This is a 2 bedroom townhouse house situated on the southern outskirts of the village of Chlorakas. It overlooks Paphos and the blue Mediterranean sea and is ideally positioned for the sandy blue flag beaches of Coral Bay.

The accommodation is comfortably furnished with all essentials and boasts unrestricted views of the sea from both the master bedroom and the lounge, which opens onto a large patio, benefits from all day sun and is ideal for alfresco dining.

There are beaches close by and the famous Coral Bay beach is approximately 15 minutes drive. The centre of the village of Chlorakas is within walking distance from the house. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, tavernas, a supermarket, bank, doctor, dentist and chemist. There is also a small selection of take-away food outlets offering a variety of English and local cuisine and are very good value for money.

There are several bars and restaurants on the nearby Tombs of the Kings road, which is a short drive towards Paphos. There are also two restaurants, Aliceland and Melania restaurant, which are within walking distance of the house. The Melania restaurant is a typical Greek restaurant.

Being located on the edge of a village there is the benefit of being able to mix with the friendly locals and the many English residents, who enjoy the excellent weather and relaxed lifestyle of Cyprus.

Our house is not just a holiday accommodation, it is our second home. It has therefore been furnished with comfort in mind and provides more than is normally needed for a holiday.

The air conditioned lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, (seating 5) There is Sky Satellite TV,(providing the UK standard ITV and BBC channels), DVD player, coffee table and large sideboard for storage. Patio doors, with security locks lead onto the small shaded terrace containing table and chairs for your alfresco meals, with 2 steps down to the larger patio area where the sun-beds, parasol and BBQ can be found.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped to high standard with a large selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware and other utensils. There is an electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven (which has a child lock), extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. There is also a toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, juicer, steam iron and ironing board. The dining area is also in the kitchen, comprising of a dining table and 4 chairs.

The air conditioned master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and ample storage space in two large fitted wardrobes that provide both hanging and shelf space. Clothes hangars are also provided. There is also a clock radio and hair dryer. This bedroom also benefits from patio doors that lead onto a small balcony, with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your early morning cuppa and take in the view or enjoy the last drink of the day whilst watching the sun go down, before retiring to bed.

The air conditioned second bedroom is at the rear of the house and contains twin beds, bedside tables, clock radio and two large fitted wardrobes as in the master bedroom. This bedroom also benefits from patio doors which lead onto a small balcony.

Adjacent to both bedrooms is the family bathroom. Here you will find the vanity unit, WC and bath with shower. There is also a WC with wash basin on the ground floor.

The house also has its own private parking area, to the rear of the property, which can also be accessed from the back door in the kitchen.

The shared pool and gardens are approximately 50yards away from the house, at the rear. Showers are also provided at the poolside.

A Welcome Pack can be provided at a small additional cost. This will cover your immediate needs on arrival.

All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The house is cleaned and fresh linen provided prior to your arrival. Where a booking is for two weeks or more, all linen and towels will be changed weekly.

Electricity and Water supply
The mains electricity supply is 240v in common with the UK, as are the mains sockets, which are all 13amp. The water is heated by Solar energy and there is also an immersion heater as a back up which is controlled by a pre set timer. The tap water is safe for drinking and in the kitchen there is a separate supply for this purpose.

Private Taxi Transport to and from Paphos airport can be arranged if required.

Additional Services

Baby travel cots, high chairs, stair gates and car seats can be arranged. The cost of these are paid locally. If required, arrangements can also be made to have a supply of baby products (nappies, formula, baby food etc) ready for your arrival. These items are readily available in the local supermarkets.



Driving in Cyprus is on the left, the same as the UK, with petrol considerably less per litre than in the UK. A valid full driving licence will need to be produced when the car is delivered/collected. We can also provide specific driving instructions from the airport to the house.

The house is only a few minutes away from the picturesque harbour, old castle ruin and mosaics. It is also suitably located for those who may be attending a wedding in Paphos, especially at the St George's Chapel, a popular choice of wedding venue. It is also ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday whilst still being close to all amenities and night life.

love of your life will be revealed The beach here is quite nice peaceful when not crowded with tourists Kourion Curium Archaeological Site One of the most important archaelogical and cultural sites in Cyprus An important ancient citykingdom and one of the most spectacular archaelogical sites on the island where excavations still bring new treasures to light The magnificent GraecoRoman Theatre was originally built in the 2nd century BC and is now fully restored and used for musical and theatrical performancesThe House of Eustalios originally a private Roman villa became a public recreation centre during the Early Christian period It consists of a complex of baths and a number of rooms with beautiful 5th century AD mosaic floors The Early Christian basilica dates to the 5th century was probably the Cathedral of Kourion with a baptistry attached to the north face The House of Achilles and the House of the Gladiators have beautiful mosaic floors The Nymphaeum dedicated to the water nymphs is an elegant Roman structure The Stadium lies 1km to the west on the right side of the road to Paphos and is dated to the 2nd century AD Shopping There are many shops to suit all tastes These range from designer clothes to lace shops good buys are hand made lace items and leather goods Jewelery shops and opticians are plentiful with prices lower than the UK in most instances Spectacles can be prescribed within a few days Some familiar store names are Next MS Debenhams and Carrefour The larger supermarkets all stock those familiar items such as Nescafe PG Tips Heinz Baked Beans to name but a few The fresh fruit and vegetables are plentiful and of very good quality Eating and Drinking There are too many restaurants tavernas and bars to mention The harbourside restaurants are not to be missed especially if you have a liking for fresh sea food Village Tavernas are also excellent value for money Various takeaway shops are also available including traditional English fish and chips which come highly recommended Beaches The beaches in Pafos area are great and there are a number of blue flagged ones including the renowned Coral Beach Geroskipou Beach Lara Beachturtle sanctuary Anyone going to Paphos should definately invest in a visit to Laatchi fabulous beach amazing fresh seafood and truly relaxed old fashioned holiday atmosphere In Cyprus all beaches are open for public use you can use the hotel beaches but not the facilities
