Villa Mikali, newly built in 2008, is a detached villa in Dalyan, Turkey with private garden, swimming pool and children’s pool. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk to the town centre and harbour. Here you will find many shops and restaurants.

The villa has three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have access to the curved balcony with one bedroom also having a private sun terrace to the rear of the property. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with two further shower rooms, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

Fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The open plan lounge and dining room, which has seating for six people, opens onto the shaded terrace, overlooking the garden and pool. The villa has a CD system which will play CD's, MP3's and also has a docking station for an ipod.

Outside you will find the shaded verandah which has a table and chairs for those alfresco meals, steps lead to the private swimming pool and garden. There is a range of inflatables provided for your use in the pool.

The pool has underwater lighting for that added ambience in the evening.

Built close to the terrace is a BBQ.

In the garden there is also a pagoda for you to relax in!

The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided for your use.

The small town of Dalyan, on the southwestern coast of the Mediterranean, is 30 km from Dalaman Airport, only a 30minute drive away.
