The apartment is set within a small development sharing a generous sized pool with 9 other apartments. It is in a residential area which is a leisurely 15 min walk to the Beach, Promenade, Water Park and a variety of shops, restaurants and bars.

Just outside the development there is a Basketball Court, Play Park and a Football pitch.

Local shops and restaurants can be found just 5 minutes walk away along with the local taxi rank, dolmus and bus routes to Fethiye, Olu Deniz and Hissaronou.

The local Calis Sunday market is also just a 5 minute walk away.

Calis Beach is a quiet yet busy holiday resort, with a seemingly endless beach. Bars and restaurants line the beach area, which is block paved along the seafront. Lit for evening strolls. Parts of the beach are popular with the local turtle population, who come to lay their eggs in the sand at certain times of the year. The beaches are sand and shingle lined with sun loungers and shades and extends round the bay with sheltered waters.

Calis has a natural attraction - a cooling breeze, perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months!

Calis is famous for some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

By British standards they have two seasons, Spring and Summer!
Temperatures in the summer months range from 30 , 40 degrees Celsius (86 , 104 degrees Fahrenheit) and in winter temperatures generally do not fall below 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit). The sea water never falls below 16 degrees in any season, so it is possible to swim in the sea 9 months of the year.
