Fully equipped luxury accommodation comprising 3 double bedrooms, large bathroom, and bathroom en suite, lounge and dining area, and independent kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms for your comfort. At the front of the south facing property is a large sun terrace overlooking the pool, with table and 6 chairs, parasolls, BBQ and patio heater for cooler evenings. There are sun beds and reclining chairs next to the private 6x4 swimming pool. There are 2 large gates to the front with parking. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

Accommodation
The lounge has air con, a 3 & 2 seater sofa, fireplace, satelite TV showing English channels, BBC ITV 1, 2, & 3 Channel 4 & 5, 4 Movie Channels, Kids channels, Sky News and lots more, DVD player, and a selection of DVD’s. books, games and double doors leading to a south facing sun room with wicker furniture which overlooks the pool and terraces. The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 6 .The Kitchen (brand new for 2008) is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils iron and ironing board. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and air con and one with 2 singles. All have double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps. The master bedroom has walk in wardrobe, en-suite shower room with massage shower, vanity unit with mirror over, hair dryer and wc. The main bathroom has wc, spa bath with shower over, vanity unit and hair dryer.
Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we request that smoking is limited to the outside.
The property is situated approx 25 minutes drive south from Alicante airport and 30 minutes drive north from Murcia, easily accessible from N332 or the AP7 motorway

This part of Spain is famous for its salt lakes. This has a major knock on effect on humidity levels and as a result the air is much (more pleasant) dryer than in other parts of Spain and Europe. Owing to the areas low humidity levels and mild climate, the WHO (World Health Organisation) have rated this part of Spain as one of the healthiest climates on the planet.

Even his Majesty king Juan Carlos of Spain every now and then plays this excellent course. Las Ramblas - Extreme efficiency is required with each stroke, due to the vegetation and high trees.

Ciudad Quesada really is a secluded paradise, yet close enough to three towns, Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura and Rojales, to cater for all types of holiday.

The urbanization Quesada is located on south facing slopes with commanding views over the salt lakes of Torrevieja, one an actual working salt lake considered to be the most important in Europe, the other being a nature reserve. Beyond them the Mediterranean Sea glistens on the horizon. Further views take in the mountains and inland plains covered with orange and lemon groves filling the air with delicate aroma in flowering seasons. There are many attractions alongside the Costa Blanca, many of them specifically for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica in Benidorm, Elche Safari Park At Elche near Santa Pola.
