Arriving in Luetzen and looking for a place to rest my head, I found this motel. It was really quiet. Away from any highway, I was greeted by a well-bearded man, the owner of the pension.In the very back of the place there are old remains of an east-german farm ("LPG"). Visiting this part is like a travel down to a distant past. If you have a touch for adventure, you'll know what I mean.The place itself is clean and the breakfast is good. They serve eggs laid the very same day on site!Every time I have to go to the Leipzig area, I'll sleep there.

This little private Hotel garni/Pension is near Leipzig,it was built in 1991, with enclosed parking inside. We have good german beer and wine from Saale/Unstrut near Naumburg. Driving Directions: By car: Highway From the South : A9/A38 Rippachtal/Lützen to B87 to Lützen on the Agip Petrolstation turn to the right and follow the street to Starsiedeler street. 50m on the left is the hotel. From the North : A9 Bad Dürrenberg /Lützen-cross the City to Starsiedeler street 2 (in line with the traffic sign Gewerbepark. By train: Leipzig main station, or Markranstadt, or Weissenfels and then take a car , taxi or bus to hotel. By airplane: to Leipzig/Halle Schkeuditz and then by car or taxi.
