Five bedroom, three story house with tropical garden entry, screened in patio breakfast area surrounded by lush tropical plants. 1st floor has 2 guest rooms, each with private bath, living area with tv, and dining area. 2nd floor has 2 guest rooms, living area, make up area, large bathroom, tv, small refrigerator and terrazo. 3rd floor is a suite with private bath, double futon bed and patio area. We are Located in a safe residential area of Cancun. Cancun B&B's rates include daily immaculate housekeeping, treadmill, computer, phone for local calls in Cancun, cable tv, ceiling fans, air conditioners and private baths in every room, and transportation to and from the Cancun airport with a minimal stay of three nights. We are located about 1 mile from the beginning of the hotel zone and beaches. On bus route. 20 minute walk to center of downtown area. Fishing, diving and scuba instruction (PADI certified instructor), snorkeling and boat charters for water tours between the islands and Cancun available.
