This panoramic ocean view villa has 4 bedrooms and on request we can provide a 5th bedroom, which currently is a media room so, the house is perfect for 8-10 guests. The bedrooms are very spacious and elegant and all of them have full-size windows, air conditioning, king size beds, plasma television and quality furniture. In the villa there are 4 full bathrooms with bath tub and shower also a very large half bathroom only with shower.
Large and comfortable, the living room with two sitting groupings is very nice furnished .The colors are bright and the effect is amazing. Relax while looking out to the ocean and the swimming pool. The living room adjoins the dining area and the open plan kitchen.This fully equipped kitchen is huge and includes everything you might need: a generous array of appliances and cooking utensils.Enjoy dining indoors and outdoors. Next to the living room there is one dining area and another one very elegant is available under the forty foot covered terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean.A covered patio provides ample room for cooking up dinner on the built-in grill.
The house has a very beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall that cascades from the hot tub spa into the pool. Simply amazing ocean views greet you as you enter this impressive single level home which is perfect for family/friends vacation.
