The all Villa is composed of BELLA HOME (10 PERSONS), SAPPHIRE HOME(6 PERSONS), , EMERALD HOME (6 PERSONS) + 1 GUEST ROOM (ground floor, independent access, 2 PERSONS) and a beautiful outdoor kitchen between trees. Outdoor terraces can be used for barbecue dinners and for sun baths by all renters.
On the ground floor Sapphire home has a confortable living room with TV, a well equiped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, washing mashine outdoor,etc), a bathroom with shower, a large shaded patio with barbeque and the garden that offers privacy and enables you to relax and enjoy open air meals. It has 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, two with two single beds and a room with 2 beds). The sitting room has a sweet terrace with beautyful view over the sea gulf of Castellammare and the garden-park of the villa. „Sapphire home“ offers space for up to 6 people. The long sandy beach is approx. 2,5 km distant. During the summer holidays (July and August), you will assist every evening to free shows on the main square of the village Balestrate. Shops and restaurants: 2 km from the villa. The two fashionable mediterranean towns and sea resorts of Balestrate, Terrasini and Castellammare del Golfo with their lively life, tourist and fishing ports, shaded “piazzas”, many shops, old churches, open air restaurants and coffee shops are approx. from 2,5 to 8 km from the Villa. The train station is 2.5 km from the Villa and it has a regular connection to the city of Palermo, Trapani, etc... The airport is 12 km. far.
