A Town House is ideal for one or two couples planning a stay in Rotorua - visiting, on business or for spa therapies. Enjoy sharing the living areas whilst having the privacy of your own rooms on different levels. A short walk from the lake front, shops and restaurants of down town Rotorua.

On the upper floor is the comfortably furnished living room, with a 40" TV and a DVD player with iPod dock. Wide doors open onto the balcony so that you can enjoy the panoramic view over Ohinemutu to St Faith's Church and Lake Rotorua from the kitchen and living room too. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a breakfast starter pack and basic pantry items. The main bedroom with superking double or twin beds and ensuite bathroom is also on the upper level.

On the ground floor are the garage, private entry, second bedroom with superking double or twin beds, second bathroom and a single bedroom or study with a printer/scanner and free wifi. Both bedrooms open on to a courtyard garden.
