"Carla" apartments are on the seafront in a priviledged position at Cotobro bay, in the holiday resort of Almuñécar, in the Costa Tropical. It has wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea.
The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with marble floors, all the interior wood work of the apartment is finished in a high standard with a light colour oak. In the lounge there are electrically operated shutters. The two bathrooms have marble walls and floors. It is fully equipped and centrally airconditioned.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has the advantage of having ahigh quality en-suite bathroom and fitted cupboards. The master bedroom overlooks the Mediterranean sea, one can be laid down in bed and admire marvellous views of the sea. The master bedroom has also glass doors with direct access to the terrace. There is another second bedroom with two single beds with fitted cupboards. The second bathroom is next to the second bedroom.
There is a spacious lounge with a separate dining area that overlooks the sea with stylish interior with satellite TV,. The lounge has glass doors leading to a good size terrace which directly overlooks the beach and the bay of Cotobro. The terrace is also nicely furnished with stylish tables and chairs.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, cutlery, etc.) and has a serving hatch opening on to the dining area.
The apartment has its own parking space, video telephone entry system, and lifts.
The apartment is located in the seaside town of Almuñécar, around 15 km away from Nerja, and 70 km away from Malaga or Granada airports. Close by, along a pleasant walk on the seafront, are restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other amenities. The apartment is situated on the third floor, and there are lifts and disabled access.
