BUSABA is a fully completed estate of 23 luxury Pool Villas in the lovely resort town of Hua Hin on the Gulf of Thailand’s western seaboard. The villa offers luxury and total privacy with that unique Thai flavour. The villa has its own private pool and is designed and furnished in a modern Thai style, fusing indoor and outdoor living spaces to create a truly memorable tropical holiday experience.
The villa has a total living area of 180M² with a large pool deck, sala and garden for tropical living. The salt water pool is 8x3½x1½ Mtrs. Accommodation comprises: living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). The living area and master bedroom open directly to the pool deck. The villa is fully air conditioned and is equipped with: 46” TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, digital media player with hundreds of on-demand movies, WiFi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven and microwave. A baby cot and high chair can be provided. The estate has 24/7 gated security.
Housekeeping service is provided twice weekly with linen changes weekly. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out 3 days per week.
Busaba Pool Villas is located only 5 minutes by car or taxi from Hua Hin city centre, the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Taxis are cheap and plentiful. The villa is around 2½ hours from Bangkok City and Airport. We can arrange transfers by taxi or private mini van, details on request. Other similar villas may be available on request.
