The fully fitted kitchen includes, oven & hob, microwave, toaster,kettle , fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher + dinner service and cutlery.

Bed Linen and Towels are also supplied.

There is dining furiniture on the balcony perfect for enjoying al-fresco dining and sipping on a glass of Sangria whilst watching the sunset over the surrounding greenery. Sunloungers are also supplied

The whole complex at Hacienda Riquelme has been developed around a splendid 18-hole golf course designed by the golf master himself, Jack Nicklaus. It has a total area of 1.353.041 m2 with the golf course, green areas and communal services all within a protected perimeter. CCTV cameras and controlled access to the resort ensure 24 hour security.
Apart from the course itself there are a host of other facilities such as a clubhouse, pro-shop, driving range and golf academy.
Every care has been taken to preserve the charm and elegance of this manor estate, with its beautiful landscaped gardens, water features, large avenues flanked by native plants and views through the valley to the Mar Menor.

Note:- This is a new development and the golf course is expected to be open in the spring of 2008. It is anticipated that there will be bars, shops and restaurants in the resort in the near future. For the short term, our apartment is ideal for keen golfers seeking the challenge of the many surrounding golf courses or anyone wanting a base to visit the local area and discover the beauty and treasures of Murcia.
